Each gel is water based therefore do not add to chocolate.

New Colour Pop Intense Gel colours are vibrant water based edible food safe colourings.

These Gel colours are suitable for baking and cake decoration. Colour cake batter or cookie dough before baking, or use to colour sugar paste or buttercream. You can also colour meringues and macarons as they contain no oil.
