Modelling Tools are an extremely useful addition to anybody’s tool box, in fact, most of them are almost a necessity. From essential marking on cakes to creating attractive patterns, and modelling features to making sugar flowers, there is always a tool for the job! The Jem – No.4 Dresden & Veining Modelling Tool makes sound economic sense to buy.

So, one side – 4A – It is the most useful tool for fluting and frilling petals. This tool also helps to increase the size of any petal. You can use its pointed tip to emphasise the centre of some flowers. While the other side – 4B – is a Veining Tool for creating detail on sugar leaves.

The Jem tool is easy to use. Just the shape onto a foam pad before pressing the tool onto the paste. You can also use it to define features on sugar animals and figure models.

Jem – No.3 Bone Modelling Tool is a double-ended icing modelling tool by Jem. So it is the classic tool for moulding, shaping and thinning petals, leaves . . . It has 1001 uses! In addition, it is food approved plastic – Jem tools are normally black. For best results use with a foam petal pad.
