What are Bake-O-Glide/Gripo products?
A range of non-stick, reusable silicone mats, cooling rack liners, cake tin liners and anti slip mats in a variety of sizes.
The silicone mats can be used for baking bread, biscuits, boiled sugar, chocolate work, macarons, marzipan, meringues, pastries, tuille, etc.
Ideal for flat tray baking, but also suitable for use a a rolling out mat to provide a non-slip and non-stick surface for working on.
Useful for creating uniformly sized meringues, macarons, etc, as some have printed conversion guides, circle guides and even metric/imperial rulers, to help you create a more even and professional finish to your projects.
The Cake Tin Liners are designed for 8"/20cm, 10"/25cm and 12/30cm round tins, and cover both base and sides of your cake tins, eliminating the need to line with greaseproof paper.
The anti slip mats are designed to stop anything placed on them slipping around. Use them in a variety of ways - on your turntable underneath your cake, underneath your chopping board on the worktop, in the book of your car to stabilise your cake whilst being delivered - anywhere you need an anti slip surface, this is the product for you.
