Also known as polystyrene or Styrofoam cake dummies, this incredibly versatile product is essential for a baker.
Cake dummies can be used for producing display cakes for shop windows, to showcase designs to customers or at wedding fayres where a normal cake would perish, or even make for a great product for students to practise their decorative skills on.
Our cake dummies come in a variety of different shapes and sizes with different edges too. Straight edges are easy to cover with sugar paste but if you’re looking for a rounded edge, a sharp knife can be used to remove excess corners. The dummies can also be used with a variety of different decorative mediums like icing, modelling chocolate and buttercream and can be washed and reused too.
