Sugarflair Blossom Tint Turquoise

These are powder colours which can be used in three ways. Their main use is for brushing onto sugar work and in particular flowers. They may also be mixed directly into sugar paste, though this would be far less effective than using paste colour.

Brush onto sugar flowers to give a truly realistic appearance, or to fully colour or highlight surface decoration. Powder colour can also be used to colour sugar paste, Royal icing and White Chocolate.

Please note: All colours have been reproduced as accurately as possible when using inks to match food colours. 

These dusts are sold by the manufacturer by volumetric weight - some ingredients weigh heavier/lighter than others (imagine the space taken up by a tonne of coal compared to a tonne of feathers), and so some pots may look to be a quarter full, and others may look to be completely full, but all will have the weight in the pot as per the manufacturer's specifications.
