I have put together and listed my Classic Victoria Sponge Recipe that we use in the kitchen when making our bakes for our lives. There are various sizes below for round cakes as well as 1 square 12-inch cake as these are the most used cakes in our kitchen.

6 Inch Round

• 150g  ( 6oz ) Margarine 
• 3 Eggs
• 150g ( 6oz ) Self Raising Flour 
• 150g ( 6oz ) Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar of your choice

8 Inch Round

• 300g ( 12oz ) Margarine
• 6 Eggs
• 300g ( 12oz ) Self Raising Flour
• 300g ( 12oz ) Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar of your choice

10 Inch Round

• 350g ( 14oz ) Margarine
• 7 Eggs
• 350g ( 14oz ) Self Raising Flour
• 350g ( 14oz ) Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar of your choice

12 Inch Square

• 600g ( 24oz )Margarine
• 12 Eggs
• 600g ( 24oz ) Self Raising Flour
• 600g ( 24oz ) Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar of your choice
