Our office is manned between 09:00 and 14:00 Monday to Friday. Any orders received on Friday after 11:30 am will be processed on the following working day, (Monday unless a Bank Holiday)
Minimum order value for Click and Collect is £30. Orders must be before 12 noon for same day collection.
Collections are 10.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday – No Saturday or Sunday Collections.

Shipping options are clearly shown on the Website once you complete your purchases. We use both Evri and DPD as our couriers, with various delivery options available to you. Please help us to help you:
Double check that you have given us a full and complete delivery address and postcode – we cannot be held responsible for any errors made at the order stage.
If you operate a business from home and your business is not advertised on the outside of the property, enter your address as you would to receive a private letter, to reduce confusion for the delivery driver.
Ensure you select the service that is the correct option for you. Please note that not all options are available to all Postcode areas.
All delivery timescales are estimates, Sugar and Crumbs will not be held responsible for any items that are not delivered on time and no refunds for delivery fees will be made. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Due to current Covid-19 working practices, we are currently not offering a next day delivery service via Evri. Priority Picking 2-3 working days is the fastest option, meaning your order will be prioritised and despatched as soon as possible. This could be subject to change as Covid-19 restrictions ease.
If you choose to leave delivery notes for the courier, I.E leave them in a secure place, these instructions will only be followed at the driver’s discretion and are not guaranteed. If you choose to divert your parcel to a local collection point this is at your own risk. Sugar and Crumbs will not be held responsible for parcels that go missing during this transit process as the normal tracking procedure does not apply. No refunds or replacements will be processed if the parcel is unaccounted for.

This is NOT a guaranteed service, however, DPD has a 98% success rate for this service. Please allow for courier delays when placing your order as Sugar and Crumbs cannot be held liable/responsible for delays to deliveries outside of our control, I.E. road traffic incidents, weather constraints, 3rd party delays, or strike action.
Orders must be placed before 11.30 am to be shipped the same day WEEKDAYS ONLY. We do not deliver DPD orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Any orders placed over a weekend/bank holiday weekend/period will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Please bear in mind the list of postcode restrictions when requesting this service.

All couriers have peak periods usually around November to mid-January, and around Bank Holidays, therefore your order may be delayed for delivery (including next working day service) during these times. These are all beyond anyone’s control.
These are clearly advertised on our Website and are subject to change if the couriers amend their prices to us.
Please contact our office for an individual quotation – prices differ depending on physical size of the box, weight of the box, speed of service required, and destination. We will obtain a shipping price for you once we know exactly what you are wanting to purchase.
We do provide tracking details once couriers have received the goods. However, once we dispatch we cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses after the parcel has left the UK.

Whilst next day delivery is successful on the majority of occasions, exceptional circumstances can occur whereby the parcel is not delivered on time. If you are concerned about your delivery, you can always contact us.
Whilst all couriers are doing their best, 100% guaranteed delivery service is not always possible. Delays can happen with new rules and regulations currently in place, please bear this in mind when placing your order. Signed for service is not operating at present – the driver’s GPS position confirms they were at your location and either COVID-19 or HTC (Handed to Customer) is their current method of Proof of Delivery. These are subject to change as we move out of the restrictions.
