Caramelised Biscuit Cake is another easy recipe that’s absolutely delicious for you to try. With a crisp biscuit base, light mousse filling and a scrummy topping, its sure to be a big hit with family and friends.

Mix in a bowl 400g biscuit crushed with 2 tsp baking powder and 350 mils of milk
Pour in to 8 inches cake tin and bake on 170c for 20-25 minutes let it cool
Mix 300g double cream with 3 tsp of flavour shot till soft peaks foam then add cream cheese and Mix again till stiff peaks then pour over the cake still in the tin then put in the fridge for 4 hours or the next day
Melt 200g of Caramelised biscuit spread in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds then pour over the top of the cream cheese and decorate with biscuit on top.
