1. Beat the butter until light and whippy.
2. Add Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder of your choice, Plain Icing Sugar and condensed milk or any other liquid you prefer (water, milk).
3. Depending on the time of year you may need to add more or less condensed milk.
4. Chop this in with a spatula and then pop it into the mixer. Cover the mixer with a tea towel to prevent an icing cloud. Beat until all incorporated and fluffy.
