This high quality extra-large flower nail is a flower piping essential. It can be used as a mini turntable when decorating small details or as an aid for ease when flower piping. Simply rotate the flower nail between your forefingers and your thumb as you pipe.

These can also be used a a heating core for even cake baking. Place a flower nail or two at the bottom of the baking pan before you pour the batter. When cake is bakes and cool, remove cake from the tin by flipping over then pull out the flower nail out. This will act as a heating core in the center of the cake to promote even baking and resulting to less domey cake.
