500g Red Velvet Cake Mix
170g Eggs
140g Vegetable Oil and 100g Water
OVEN TEMPERATURE:
160°C / 320°F (fan assisted 140°C / 284°F / Gas mark 3)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins
120g muffin for 25-35 mins
