Saracino Sugar Plus ISOMALT 500g is a sugar substitute produced by treating sugar beet with enzymes. It is a top quality Isomalt granules for easy melting.
In addition, Isomalt is a sugar free alternative for biscuit and cookie centres and for really eye catching cake decorating applications.
How to Use:
Dissolve sugarpklus on a medium heat hob or microwave. You can use it in silicone moulds or mats.
Add approx 10ml water per 500g Isomalt for a dry hand-worked paste. You also can heat it on the hob, in the oven or microwave.
Store in a cool dry place.
