210g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 medium apple, peeled, cored and cubed
Glaze
130g Velvet Vanilla Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar
2tbsp Maple Syrup
1tbsp butter (melted)
