Chef Hector Rocha is an experienced master of floral sugar art. We are pleased Chef Hector has joined Sugar and Crumbs to offer you his experience and techniques on how to learn to make a flexible edible paste, a secret you must never share; also you will learn how to make stunning flexible spiral roses, roses, peonies, dahlias, ranunculus and so much more.  By joining this class you will learn from every Facebook Live that Chef Hector runs how to make stunning flexible flowers; also you get to keep access to the classes forever.

This online tutorial is only for paid members, it will be shown live in the private group called Flexible Flowers Full Selection with Chef Hector Rocha, on Facebook. You will be asked to join this group once you have paid and confirmed the terms and conditions, which are at the bottom of this email. This is to protect your tutor Chef Hector's skills, to ensure you do not share with others his recipe or the knowledge he teaches you.

Once you have been accepted into the group, the tutorial will be available to you immediately, and you can start to make your paste and flowers in your own time.

In the group, there will be videos of how to make the edible flexible paste and the tutorial will be listed in the Units section. Chef Hector will also arrange dates for Facebook Live demonstrations where you can join in on the day and ask questions.  Due to drying times for the petals, Chef Hector will demonstrate how to make your petals, but also use pre-made petals to show you how to assemble the flowers.

The return procedure must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item (carried out via email or letter).  All items must be returned with reasonable care in their original packaging, in an ‘as new condition’ including any protective films to any component part of the product.     Great course, thoroughly enjoying learning the technique and flowers. A bit expensive compared to other guest Sugar and Crumbs courses but lovely flowers.
