Directions:

Oven Temperature: 

160°C / 320°F (fan assisted 140°C / 284°F)

400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins / 120g muffin for 25-30 mins

Sugar, Wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening, whey powder (Milk), whole dried Egg, dried glucose solids, carrot strip, and cinnamon spice.  Emulsifiers: E471, E475, modified starch. Raising agents E50, E541, Salt, E415.
