Ready for some creamy chunkiness in your baked delights? White Chocolate Chunks are 100% delicious white chocolate and taste creamy-caramelly sweet. They are perfect for bakery items that require medium to long baking times. With their generous size, they don't melt away during baking - perfect for your customers to enjoy the lovely bite and creamy white chocolate taste inside your bakery delights.

White Chocolate Chunks contain less cocoa butter to make them resist oven temperatures up to 200°C.
Good to know: only mix the chunks in the dough at the very end of the kneading process. It will keep the dough from colouring and the chunks from melting during kneading.

Ingredients

Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Emulsifier (E-322 Sunflower Lecithin) and Natural Vanilla Flavour.

Dry Coaoa Solids: 23.5% Minimum

May Contain Traces Of LACTOSE AND PROTEIN (MILK)

Allergens in Capital Letters, Bold and Underlined

Storage Information

Keep in a cool and dry place between 15 and 25 ºC, R.H. <65%.
