Snowflake Crisps

Snowflake Crisps are a delicious Nougat like treat made from marshmallows, milk powder and a few other basic ingredients.

To make the Snowflake Crisps pictured, I have used Strawberry Just Flavour. Take a look at the full range of Just Flavour here!

Ingredients:

• 200g white marshmallows
• 50g butter
• 50g milk powder plus a little more for sprinkling
• 2tsp Just Flavour
• 150h crackers/biscuits
• 100g nuts and dried fruits
• 35g freeze-dried fruit

Method:

1. Place the butter into a heavy bottomed pan over a medium heat, stirring continuously.
2. Now add the marshmallows and continue stirring.
3. Once completely melted add the milk powder and just flavour, then stir until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl (lightly greased with vegetable oil), add the crackers, nuts and dried fruit, and freeze-dried fruit.
5. Pour over the marshmallow mixture and fold together using your hands (again, lightly greased with vegetable oil) to mix.
6. Once all of the ingredients are coated, tip the mixture into a lined brownie tin and push down to compact.
7. Sprinkle the surface with the extra milk powder and set aside to firm up.
8. Cut into cubes and enjoy your Snowflake Crisps!
