500g – Chocolate Orange Drop Cake Mix
175g – Water
125g – Vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Place the Chocolate Orange Drop Cake Mix, 175g water plus 125g vegetable oil together.
- Mix for 1 minute at a slow speed. Scrape down.
- Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.
- Divide between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.
OVEN TEMPERATURE:
180°C / 360°F (fan assisted 160°C / 320°F / Gas mark 3)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins
120g muffin for 30-40 mins
