  • What if I want to cancel an order, return it or get a refund?

  • I want some discounts. How do I get them??

    There are 2 ways! You can either become a Premier Club member where you will get 20% discounts from a wide range of products, or you can become a Trade Customer, where you can get larger discounts once your spend reaches £200. If you would like discuss options, please Contact Us.

  • Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

    Please check the allergen information on each individual product page. If you have a specific allergy concern, feel free to contact us before ordering. You can view our full allergen policy via the link in the footer at the bottom of every page.

  • Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

    Yes! We have a range of gluten-free and vegan-friendly products. Use the filters on our shop page to find suitable options.

  • How should I store your products?

    Storage instructions vary by product and are listed on each product page and packaging. Most of our dry mixes and flavourings should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • What is your returns policy?

    You can view our full returns policy via the link in the footer at the bottom of every page.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship within the UK. Please check back for updates on international shipping availability.

  • How can I contact you?

    You can reach us via our Contact page. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days.

  • Where can I find new products?

    Click on the 'New Products' Heading on the menu bar to see our latest additions.

  • Where can I find your special offers?

    Click on the link to the 'Clearance Box' in the Footer Menu. We sometimes discount stock that is discontinued, short dated or excess. We will give details on the product as to the reason for it being discounted! Discounted products are non returnable and non refundable, so if you have questions, please Contact Us!

  • Can I buy Gift Vouchers?

    Yes! And they make a great present for the keen baker! Have a look at our Gifts section on the main menu bar, and you will not only find Gift Vouchers, but other gift ideas too!

  • Do you have any accreditations?
