How to Use Flavour Shots

In Baking & Buttercream: Add to taste, or drop a full/half Flavour Shot in with your dry ingredients when baking

To Make Flavoured Icing Sugar:

  • Double sieve 450g of plain icing sugar
  • Add your full Flavour Shot and stir until well combined
  • You now have a batch of delicious flavoured icing sugar

For Flavoured Chocolate:

  • Melt 500g chocolate in 30-second microwave bursts (2-2.5 minutes total), stirring between each burst
  • Stir in 10-15g of Flavour Shot depending on desired strength
  • Taste test and adjust if needed - ready to use once fully incorporated
