A gentle purple-blue pastel with a soft, romantic quality — warmer than Baby Blue, lighter than Indigo Purple — perfect for wedding cakes, floral designs, spring bakes, and any creation that calls for a classic, elegant lavender. Unlike water-activated colourings, this dust is oil-based, making it compatible with chocolate, cocoa butter, and all fat-based mediums, as well as perfect for dry dusting and painting. How to Use

Dry dusting: Apply directly to sugarpaste, fondant, or cookie decorations using a soft brush.

Painting: Mix with a rejuvenator spirit or dipping solution and apply with a fine brush.

Cocoa butter painting: Blend into melted cocoa butter and apply to your decoration.

Colouring chocolate: Add to melted white chocolate or white chocolate ganache and mix thoroughly.

Not suitable for use with water-based applications such as meringues, buttercream, or royal icing.
