How to Bake Your Carrot Cake
Ingredients (per 500g batch):
- 500g Easy Bake Carrot Cake Mix
- 286ml water
Directions:
- Place the cake mix and 286ml of water in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, then scrape down the bowl.
- Mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Divide the batter between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.
Oven Temperature: 160°C / 320°F (fan assisted: 140°C / 284°F)
- 400g loaf cake: 40–50 minutes
- 120g muffin: 25–30 minutes
