How to use: Prepare the cake with a crumb coat and chill. Knead the sugarpaste until soft, then roll out to the desired size and thickness on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or cornflour. Carefully drape over the cake, smooth from the centre outwards, and trim any excess from the base with a sharp knife. Any air bubbles can be popped with a sharp pin.

If desired, colour the sugarpaste using food colouring gel before rolling.

Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
