How to Use Your Melt and Pour

Place 500g of Melt and Pour into a glass or plastic bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring well between each interval — continue until you have reached a total of 2 minutes, stirring throughout even if chunks remain. If needed, continue in 10-second blasts. Do not heat until fully melted; a few remaining chunks stirred in completely will give the best result.

Note: overheating until fully liquid risks blooming. For drip cakes, ensure your cake is well chilled — pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes before applying the drip.
