1 x 500g makes 16 Muffins or 1 traybake and 5 muffins.

Product Details

S&C Easy Bake Sticky Toffee Cake Mix - 1kg, is absolutely delicious, is light, and fruity with lovely date pieces, easy to chew and melt in your mouth. So easy to make, cakes made and baked in a flash.

This 1kg bag makes 2 batches of 500g, if you wish to use the bag as a whole, remember to double the water to 350g, 250g for the mix, 250g of vegetable oil, after 4 minutes, then add 100g, water.

1 x 500g makes 16 Muffins or 1 traybake and 5 muffins.

Recipe:

500g – Sticky Toffee Mix

175g – Water

125g – Vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Place the Sticky Toffee Mix, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, and scrape down.
  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
  4. Divide between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.

Oven Temperature: 

180°C / 360°F (fan assisted 160°C / 320°F)

400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins

120g muffin for 35-40 mins

Sugar, Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Wheat Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Chopped Dates (15%), Vegetable Oil, Dried Egg, Dried Caramelised Sugar, Modified Starch, Whey Powder (Milk).  Emulsifiers, (E1520, E471, E481).  Raising agents: (E450, E500), Flavouring (Milk).  Stabilisers: (E464, E415), Wheat Gluten.
