How to Bake Your Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients (per 500g batch):
- 500g Easy Bake Chocolate Cookie Mix
- 70g water
- 100g inclusions of your choice (optional)
- ½ tsp salt or flavouring to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Add the water to the cookie mix and beat on slow speed in a mixer (or by hand) until a dough forms.
- Fold in any inclusions.
- Portion onto a lined baking tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake at 170°C for 12–16 minutes, depending on how soft you like your cookies.
