So easy to make and baked in a flash, it's perfect for muffins, traybakes, loaf tins, or a show-stopping lemon drizzle cake. Available in 1kg and 2.5kg to suit every baker's needs.
The 1kg bag makes 2 x 500g batches. To use the full bag at once, double the water to 350g and oil to 250g, mixing for 4 minutes before adding the remaining 100g water.
1 x 500g batch makes 16 muffins, or 1 traybake and 5 muffins.

How to Bake Your Lemon Drop Cake
Ingredients (per 500g batch):
- 500g Easy Bake Lemon Drop Cake Mix
- 175g water
- 125g vegetable oil
Directions:
- Place the cake mix, water, and oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, then scrape down the bowl.
- Mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed.
- Divide the batter between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.
Oven Temperature: 180°C / 360°F (fan assisted: 160°C / 320°F)
- 400g loaf cake: 40–50 minutes
- 120g muffin: 35–40 minutes
