500g – Carrot Cake – Easy Bake Cake Mix (Shop Here)
286ml – Water
DIRECTIONS
- Place the Cake Mix, and 286ml water in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, and scrape down.
- Mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Divide between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.
OVEN TEMPERATURE:
160°C / 320°F (fan assisted 140°C / 284°F)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins
120g muffin for 25-30 mins
