500g – Lemon Drop Cake Mix
175g – Water
125g – Vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Place the Lemon Drop Cake Mix, water, and oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, and scrape down.
- Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
- Divide between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.
OVEN TEMPERATURE:
180°C / 360°F (fan assisted 160°C / 320°F)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins
120g muffin for 35-40 mins
